FREY lays the first stone of Green Som® in Amiens

The first stone of the Green Som® retail park in Amiens (80) was symbolically laid on Friday, 20 May by Xavier Bertrand, President of the Hauts-de-France Region, Brigitte Fouré, Mayor of Amiens and Vice-President of the Hauts-de-France Region, Alain Gest, MP for the Somme and President of Amiens Métropole, and Antoine Frey, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of FREY.
This 40,000 m² retail park, designed by architects from the firm Chapman Taylor, is situated north of the city of Amiens, opposite the Carrefour shopping centre, along the Avenue de l’Europe.
Representing an investment of around €50 million, Green’Som® will be home to 40 or so brands and create 400 jobs. It will contribute to the vitality of this hub, currently undergoing extensive renewal. In time, the park will be HQE Commerce® certified (Certivéa).
