FREY finalizes the acquisition of its first outlet for €230: Designer Outlet Berlin

As part of its pan-European growth strategy, FREY has taken a major new step with the acquisition of the Designer Outlet Berlin for €230 million. The only outlet village in the Berlin-Brandenburg region, this flagship site further consolidates FREY’s position as a leading player in open-air retail destinations across Europe.

Now fully owned by FREY and operated by its dedicated subsidiary ROS Retail Outlet Shopping, Designer Outlet Berlin demonstrates strong fundamentals: 2.7 million annual visitors100 international brands, and a 98% occupancy rate.
