FREY unveils its Manifesto: 10 principles that define the power of the collective

FREY is growing, expanding, and innovating. Today, we are present in 10 countries, with over 40 shopping destinations and 320 teammates who share the same vision: to reinvent retail and make it more human, more sustainable, more alive.

But an international adventure cannot be built without shared foundations. To move forward in the same direction, FREY has created its Manifesto — ten simple yet powerful rules that reflect our way of thinking, working, and being together.

Presented during the latest group seminar, the FREY Manifesto is meant to inspire each of us every day.
It’s not just another text to hang on a wall: it’s a compass, a way of being and acting, whatever the country, the project, or the role.

It reminds us of what makes us strong: a united, bold, and passionate team, where demanding work is also a collective playground and where success is built with the joy of doing things together.
