The site will offer 49,000 m² of space, bringing together 70 stores, 15 restaurants, a 7,000 m² leisure hub, a food hall, a panoramic rooftop, and 2,056 parking spaces. It will serve a catchment area of 635,000 residents within 30 minutes.
Conceived as a multifunctional and sustainable place to live and gather, OPEN will feature a multidisciplinary health centre, recreational and sports areas, and is targeting BREEAM Excellent certification thanks to its high environmental, architectural, and landscaping standards.
