The open-air shopping centre
FREY has come up with an innovative shopping centre concept in tune with today’s aspirations: Shopping Promenade®. Launched in 2017 with its first site in Amiens, France, this concept is based on three pillars: an advantageous location that respects both people and the environment; a multi-purpose offering, with a wide range of brands; and an enhanced experience, supported by a rich calendar of events. From Cagnes-sur-Mer to Arles and Strasbourg, there’s always a Shopping Promenade® near you! -
The outlet
With the acquisition of ROS (Retail Outlet Shopping), the fourth-largest outlet operator in Europe, in 2024, FREY has opened a new chapter in its history. This major operation enabled the Group to develop its presence in the outlet market. The launch of the Malmö Designer Village in Sweden is proof of this new commitment. Scheduled to open in 2026, the outlet will house more than 135 national and international brands in a centre covering almost 26,000 m². Although it remains a niche market in Europe, our Group firmly believes in the outlet and intends to make it a true driver of its growth.Discover ROS
