Frey obtains the Valorpark® label for SuperGreen (Terville-57)
Following an on-site visit, the commission that awards the Valorpark® label, meeting under the aegis of the CNCC (French Council of Shopping Centres), unanimously decided to award the label to Supergreen in Terville/Thionville (57). With a varied merchandising mix and a vibrant leisure and restaurant hub, Supergreen has attracted more than 400,000 visitors per month since it opened in August 2015.
The Commission praised in particular the quality of the project, in terms of its ability to integrate seamlessly into the surrounding residential ecosystem, thereby adding value to residents’ property and enhancing pre-existing living conditions. The Commission also remarked on Frey’s real efforts to fulfil its role as a planner by offering structured, high-quality retail (cladded in wood), actively contributing to the town’s vitality.
This new award brings the number of Frey retail parks with the Valorpark® label to nine. Frey is therefore, more than ever, the French property investment company with the most labels in this category.
